Privacy Policy

Who we are

RO2 Labs LLC ("RO2 Labs," "we," "us") is a private AI infrastructure company based in Austin, TX. We operate the ro2-labs.ai website and provide Private LLM API services, AI Agent deployment, and developer tooling (DevBunker).

This policy describes what data we collect, why, and how we handle it. We keep it short because there isn't much to disclose — we are a small infrastructure company, not an advertising platform.

Data we collect

Website visitors

We do not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. We do not fingerprint browsers. The only cookie we set is a session cookie required for site authentication — it contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.

API customers

When you sign up for our API (directly or via RapidAPI), we collect the minimum information needed to provide the service:

• Email address (for account communication)
• API usage metadata (request counts, timestamps, error rates — for billing and debugging)
• Payment information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers)

Contact form and email

If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message content. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

LLM API data handling

This is the part that matters most. Here is exactly what happens with your data when you use our Private LLM API:

• Your prompts and completions are not stored. Input data is processed in real-time and discarded after the response is returned.
• We never train on your data. Your inputs are never used to fine-tune, train, or improve any model.
• No third-party routing. Inference runs on our dedicated hardware in Austin, TX. Your data does not pass through OpenAI, AWS, or any shared GPU provider.
• No prompt logging. We log request metadata (timestamp, token count, latency) for operational monitoring, but never the content of your prompts or responses.

For AI Agent deployments, the same principles apply. Your documents and data are processed on our dedicated infrastructure and are never shared, sold, or used for training purposes.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate:

• RapidAPI — API marketplace and billing for public API tiers
• Gumroad — Payment processing for DevBunker purchases
• Cloudflare — DNS and DDoS protection
• GitHub — Source code hosting and collaboration

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We choose providers that handle data responsibly, but we encourage you to review their policies independently.

Data retention and deletion

API usage metadata is retained for up to 90 days for billing and debugging purposes, then automatically purged. Account information is retained as long as your account is active.

If you want your data deleted, email us at hello@ro2-labs.ai and we will process your request within 30 days. If you have an API account, deletion includes all account data and usage records.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, notify customers via email. We will not retroactively weaken privacy protections without explicit consent.
